Hi Bev,

During the week and most weekends it is alright, certain weekends when the weather is hot and the tides are tricky it can take over an hour to get out of the marina. I would consider Sparkes Marina on Hayling Island but even then you would have to deal with the beach traffic when driving down through Hayling Island.

Hello folks,

My husband and I are thinking about moving our boat to Chichester Marina. Having heard rumours about how congested the marina gets at weekends I thought I should try and get some local advice. Does it really get so busy that you have to wait for hours to get out on weekend? Are there any other issues? Thanks in advance.
